How to order Install products?
We try to make it convenient for you to shop. Get our products on Website, Tokopedia, Shopee or send us a WhatsApp (+62 853-2000-9339) to order. Contact us to consult on the scents that resonate with you!
How fast can my orders be dispatched?
Orders and payment confirmations received latest by 15.00 (GMT+7) on Mondays to Fridays will be dispatched on the same day. Orders and payment confirmations received later than 15.00 (GMT+7) will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday.
Can I request for a return if the product(s) I received were broken or has leaks?
Please contact our team on WhatsApp (+62 853-2000-9339) to report products that were broken or leaked during shipment. We will ask you to send a video of the unboxing process before validating your return request.
